Hmm, I'm receiving "selling" emails, but not "sold" emails Still the same here. Only a minor niggle but one of a number of minor niggles occurring at the moment which when put together comprise a medium-sized niggle. I'm glad I'm not a cat because if I was I think I'd be having kittens after the events of the last week.

Heres my concern.
With them able to alter existing transactions such as the interest payments this month, and without an email trail to prove what I've bought or sold, how do I prove anything if there is any kind of dispute or problem?

So just after the Rebrand The new e-mails are coming from a different source (lendy.co.uk), so I have found them being dumped in my spam folder. I've had to add all the relevant new address to my whitelist. There are some weird ones, but the I think the key one is "noreply@mg.lendy.co.uk"

I'm getting the 'selling' emails from that noreply address, so my email provider isn't blocking that. There have been problems with LDY & their e-mail system for as long as I have been investing; I seem to remember them posting that sometime members weren't on a DB and that you should contact them to get yourself added (if you find that you are not getting some of the notification e-mails). Contact LDY and see what they say (that is if you get a reply... comms have been very hit and miss recently)

I'm also getting selective sold emails, due to an administration error linked to the missing interest.

A phantom £1000 negative balance could pop on your account tomorrow and you wouldn't have a clue why with no transaction log. I really have lost a bit of faith in their accounting software.

haha, another double withdrawal confirmation email today So I'm getting no bought or sold emails, the correct number of selling emails, and double helpings of withdrawal emails... maybe I should try a deposit next  |

Hallelujah, I've just received my first sold email since Saturday!  <Edit> and the purchase ones have reappeared too... just as I was getting ready to shout at Lendy support today |

Hopefully the email problem has been sorted out by Lendy now and people will start receiving loan part sold emails again from this morning onwards.
Early signs are very optimistic because I have started receiving them again this morning out of the blue so it does appear they have fixed the issue at their end.

Don't know if a glitch has reappeared but I just logged in to my Lendy account to find I've sold 2 loan parts today but had no Loan Part Sold email notifications. So a pleasant surprise.
I received a few yesterday but today's 2 sales haven't generated any for me.
UPDATE - Must have been a temporary glitch this morning. Just received a Sold email and checked my a/c and have indeed just sold a further loan part. But def didn't get emails for my 2 sales earlier today.
