• CFA1030, a patented golf training aid company raised £40,117. 12% p.a. paid monthly on a 2-year term, secured by a debenture on the company, completed on the 19th June 2017. Interest payments on time.

• CFA1034,  a profitable web-based telecommunications company offering a one year, 8% secured Crowd Bond with interest & capital paid quarterly.

Pending 

• CFA----, a renewable energy firm is seeking £500,000 and is expected to offer 9% p.a. paid monthly on a 18-month term, secured by a fixed and floating charge over the company. [Status: Building Pitch]
