IFISA should level the SM playing field a bit... Will be interesting to see the net impact on liquidity of increased activity for tax payers on SM with IFISA vs drop off in companies/non-tax payers if the discount no longer sufficiently compensates for default risk holding beyond 30 days remaining. Company owners may also substitute IFISA activity up to their limit.
