Hi
Anyone else having issues receiving the sms with the authentication code?
When logging on, I keep getting redirected to the "We have sent an authentication token to your verified mobile number. Please enter it below to continue." page, but I do not receive the sms message. Been trying it all afternoon.
It happens regardless of which browser I use (Chrome Firefox IE), or which ISP (e.g. BT on PC, EE on mobile/data [not wi-fi])
Other text message get through to me OK, not the SS ones
Previously had no issues using this service, so wondering if the sms messages are actually being sent.

Working fine for me. Last received an sms a minute ago.

I had the same problem a while ago on my Windows phone when dealing with my bank. I can't remember what exactly, but it was a setting on my phone that was doing it. I'll try and remember.
