Hi Paul, I am copying my previous email here since you specifically asked to be contacted through this form on the forum.
In my email with the subject Re: March's monthly interest, dated 02/04/2017 20:47, I said:
"After the interest run on Saturday my Balance was £XXXX.XX. Now it has been reduced to £YYYY.YY. This is a difference of £1.89. Can you please explain why this difference?
I never held any loan parts of less than 12%pa so I should not have been effected by this error."
Please note that it is not the money itself that I am concerned about. What I would like to know is, was this a manual error or a bug in the code that can potentially result in other inaccuracies?
I would like a specific reply to the this question please.
Cheers.

What strikes me is that they regurgitated what I said but they seem to claim copyright. I definitely object to this and make a public counter-claim here that if we need to protect the copyright, it would be mine, and if there are rights to reserve, I will be the one doing so. Please note that just adding a few lines does not create a new copyright. At best it is a derivative work.
