From a quick search on rightmove, I see that this flat sold as new-build for £850k in May 2015. This seems to confirm the £900k valuation as quite reasonable.
Anyone have further information?

Yep, Land Registry confirms too. Another unfathomable one, looks excellent and you'd think it would be gone in nanoseconds but only 19% @ 11:19. Strange, no BHs, what am I missing?!!!!  |

0.5M is v large for Coll, the hotel took 1-2 months to fill although seeing as they redeemed it for this loan surprised more hasn't been quickly recycled into a seemingly simpler, residential bridge. Of course some may still be at work and yet to catch up on the short notice.

No probs Gordon, I removed my comment because I thought your system simply used the "Go Live" date, but of course it makes sense for the date a Bid is made to be the actual date of Bidding.
And they're coming out to play now, a £10K and a £15K Bid, but still surprisingly smallish.

The L****m property also seems to have sold for £99,950 on 04 Nov 2005...so good value there too it would seem. The VR describes current condition as 'poor' so presumably the work required to bring back up to scratch is fairly significant and accounts for the current valuation.

<63% @ 18:06 so filling slowly but surely, all smallish investments as far as i can see.
72% @ 10:10 on 5th Weds, still some left folks.

I took stakes in both.

Why so much of this BL00017 always available?
The Comparables stack up and it seems to me a decent, "good" loan but there is always a decent chunk up for sale lately, am I missing something?!!
