Chelsea Is The place to be.  Except that it isn't in Chelsea, it's in Fulham, London Borough of Hammersmith. Wrong side of the track. (I lived there for 25 years.)

Why so much of this BL00017 always available? The Comparables stack up and it seems to me a decent, "good" loan but there is always a decent chunk up for sale lately, am I missing something?!! [ Insert "Worried Face With Furrowed Brow" emoticon here ] There is a lot of money floating about on COL: the platform is bloated, due to the massive loan and the 14%ers. So these loans are going to constantly be on the SM until the situation settles (COL need more investors)
Nothing wrong with BL00017 AFAICS  my bold... your right there, i might venture back after a cooling of past misadventures... if you know what i mean.

It might be because its nearing the 100 day mark, which is preferred selling point for many, as it is, I see this as fairly good security and not worthy of anywhere near as much concern as some loans out there. I've bought a few extra chunks in this and am happy to hold for the foreseeable future.

Yes, it does seem good security with no real need to sell out early unless you are super risk averse.

I seem to be quite slow off the mark. I too like the look of this loan but I always seem to miss the chunks on the SM.
