So as oldgrumpy has pointed out in another thread, Assetz regularly suspend loans for various reasons and disable lender buying/selling instructions but there is no indication to show this has happened if you arent checking regularly. So as with the Lendy status changes thought we could operate a crowd solution. So if you see a communication that instructions have been disabled (or might have been disabled), people can then bookmark this thread so they get a notification that a loan may need targets reviewing. This could also include any advanced warnings of upcoming suspension for additional drawdowns on tranche loans/capital reductions, (not sure if this clears instructions or not) but would also allow people to review instructions if they want more/dont want more. Setting Bookmark: Actions (top of thread) > Bookmark (adds little book top left) Setting Notifications: Profile (top menu)>Edit Profile>Notifications>Bookmarks - select & set frequency. Please only post notification of disabled instructions/suspensions. Please do not post comments in response to/about cancellation posts, please post those in the appropriate thread, otherwise the whole point of the bookmark alerts is lost!It would be good if we can keep to a universal format date, loan number, additional comment if necessary eg 1/4 #62, Last 7 days 5/5 #255 Targets disabled, suspension, lender vote, extension with rate increase |
