Lasted literally under 15 seconds. Max £25 bid as well. Loan only for £1300 but still there's not much that can be done I guess. Back to the huge property loans, although I did get my £25.

Does the bid limit apply to renewals and new investments? i.e. if there's a bid limit of £25 and you already hold £25 that means you can't make a further investment when it goes live (unlike, say, COL)? What happens if you hold more than the bid limit (through SM purchases), does only the bid limit get renewed and the excess capital get returned to you or does your entire holding renew? Sorry, lots of questions - thank you in advance!

On renewal your entire holding moves to the new loan (assuming all loan parts are ticked for renewal).
