I made two deposits into Lendy yesterday of the same (significant) amount about half an hour apart (there were loans available) at 11.30am to 12 noon. The first appeared in my account within 15 minutes. The second has not yet appeared over 24 hours later. I have now sent 3 emails to Lendy and received no reply (except acknowledgement). I have also made two phones calls to the 0800 number shown on the site and have no reply to this either, although I stressed the urgency - the girl told me they were just an answering service and only communicated with Lendy by email.
Is anybody experiencing similar problems? Is there an alternative contact number to Lendy direct?

Unfortunately this seems to always happen if you make deposits the same size on the same day - best to make them slightly different. And it does seem to take rather a while for them to fix missing deposits (am still waiting on one myself)

Give them time to get back to you I know its easy for others to say that, but all companies have a delay on response.

Agreed they have a problem with multiple same sized deposits. However they have known about this for a long time, and no other p2p I use has the same problem, so not acceptable imho that this problem persists.

I had this same problem couple of weks ago (with a different site) and while my problem was resolved eventually I was advised that with transferring the same ammount at the same time can cause problems as they do not know which payment has gone missing and was advised that in future if I was going to transfer similar ammounts at short intervals to make one of the payment a couple of pounds different so they/you could identify the missing payment. (For whats it worth this information was given to me by my bank) Tomtom

I still do not have a response to this. I have given support a chance! I have £2000 missing since Tuesday. I have sent three emails to the support address on the site and only had an automated response . I have made two phone calls to the phone number given on the site to be told it is an answering service and they only communicate with Lendy by email. I yesterday went to the FCA website which gave a phone number, I called this and got through to Lendy and was told that the Support Staff were too busy to deal with it. The money is still not on my account, If I don't get a response today I will be raising a complaint to the FCA, this is not acceptable.

It normally takes them 2-3 days to credit duplicate deposit amounts so I wouldn't panic yet. It is fustrating not to be able to speak to someone who can actually help in real time when things go wrong - I wonder how long it would take them to take action if they are notified of a compromise in account security for example.
The FCA don't investigate individual complaints. You can complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service, but only if you have already complained to Lendy and haven't received a written response from them within 8 weeks!!!!<style id="pageBrightnessCustomCSS">body{zoom:85%!important;}</style>
