Hey stevefindlay, Now it is the time of year when the minions of HMRC start to stretch out their grasping hands for their share my illgotten P2P gains, any thoughts when you'll be issuing a formal tax statement? My accountant always -ahem- encourages me to get my tax info to her promptly. I've had one crystallized loss, where 11 quid was recovered from a 110 loan part. Presumably I can just set that 99 quid against income? Note I'm not asking for formal taxation advice here (in any case, we pay an accountant to make our returns), just an indication. Am I correct in thinking that your fees still have to taken from taxed income, rather than off the gross? I'd like to be able to feed chapter and verse of your thoughts on this to my accountant. BM represents only 10% of my total P2P investments - pity it is the only one with a loss so far, but at least my overall return is still well above what I'd have been getting in a bank! I'm quite happy to stick around longer, especially given the diversification changes.

Apologies - I've held these up. There was something I wanted to double check before releasing them to live, and I didn't get an opportunity to do this today. Hopefully will be released on Friday.
I'm impressed with the number of clients looking to do their tax return and planning on the 1st day of the tax year!

It didn't match the detail on my dashboard and was gone this morning. Good to see it's in the works though.

What about those of us that closed our accounts? How can we get access to print off the statement?

I suppose it could be from midnight on the 5th April ... 5th April 23:59:59.99999999999 is the old tax year. 6th April 00:00:00 is the new one. "Midnight, 5th April" is 24hrs before the end of the tax year.

Apologies - the calculations are correct. It is the heading which is a typo.

Any update on tax treatment of fees from HMRC? In view of other platforms' fees not being taxable. There was a discussion, but I'm not sure where now.
Also any hope of a BM ISA?
