When are the 2016/17 tax statements produced, based on last year - i've lost details.

I got mine yesterday, (their webpage does need updating)
From memory - If you go to reports, then at the bottom it says 2015 - 16 Tax statement.
Click on that and I got my statement for 2016-17 tax year.
Hope that helps, let me know if it doesnt make sense and I'll log in and check what i did.

Hmm, no reports button on my home page but a "statements" button. Clicking that gives me monthly reporting options and a weekly update but no tax year statement - either for 16/17 or 15/16.
I'm sure there was a tx year option in previous years.

I'm sure the link to last year's tax statement was there a couple of days ago (I was looking for the new one, so didn't bother to open the link), maybe it's been disabled while the new statement is being sorted out.

There's a discussion about this on the main forum 'Declaring P2P Interest...',
1) Seems to be it's an inducement to the friend hence tax free, but a bonus to the referrer hence taxable (from the other thread I don't know).
2) Must be declared in the year it arises or in the first available year, you can't decide when to claim.
