I replaced all Lendy with MT if its a shortlist pointless though I was tempt to replace the one relating to best person with either MD or DP. Twisted sense of humour

I think Lendy are a fair shout for bridging lender of the year.
For all the criticism on this forum, they've originated plenty of 12% loans over the last year and continued their record of no lost money (although we all know that can't last). I'm sure I'm not alone in having invested more with Lendy than with any other platform. Maybe we should put our mouths where our money is.

As usual, on return from holiday I'm being bombarded by e-mails from the booking agencies demanding that I rate the hotels/B&Bs and write some comment.
As usual, I have refrained from doing so except when the experience is at one extreme of enjoyment... or the other.
From my March vacation with Mrs. Twoheads, I have gone as far as actually clicking on a few check boxes to affirm that one residence was particularly excellent. I declined to actually write a reference.
As for LfSS: in my opinion they are, on average, a long way from either extreme. I would say that their web-site and it's usability are excellent. Their investment repayment record is excellent perfect. Their communication has plummeted but seems to have passed the trough; hopefully, we are now on an upslope in that area. The decline of 12% loans is annoying but largely seems to be down to the market, and may be related to their aforementioned perfect record: they are making hay. A few non-full-repayment loans could completely change the playing field. Beware anyone in the Gloucestershire loans.
For LfSS, my gut feeling on the whole is 'pretty good'. I will not be 'voting' LfSS as it is not at any extreme; nor for anyone else as my field of experience is too narrow.

Maybe - but ISTM that the award is for the providing of bridging loans, so the opinion of the actual borrower counts as well as us investors Interesting question there; I wonder how borrowers would vote? Same way us, click on the link Lendy have sent them stupid hat off/ Given the amount of leeway Lendy tend to give them probably fairly positively

I think there are very few people who could possibly vote any company in this sort of thing. I personally have only used 2 companies, so don't feel I have enough experience of the whole industry to vote. In other words all these awards are meaningless as far as I'm concerned they are won by the one that shouts "Vote for me" the loudest!!
