Not many of those in future. As long as the interest is pre-funded then it is a very slow flip, or perhaps an early repayment. AutoDustBin should take it - it takes any loan at par. Oh does it? Around 2800 unloved loan parts sitting there at par tonight, A+ to E, up to 21.8%. Perhaps it's eaten something unsavoury and choked?

I looked about an hour ago and the unsold parts at par had gone up to 3800, and now it is down to 700 or so - no property that I noticed. Yes, I think that AutoDustBin had a problem with its consumption. We expect large parts to stick for a while, but not all those smaller ones. I have been selling some pre-loved property and it has gone swiftly at par, but it is mostly to one bot. I hope the nice bot will still be feeding when I sell my Cumbria 11% parts, C band, at par.

How do you know how many parts sitting at par there are? Do you copy & paste to excel and sum or is there an easier method (bots aside)? Thanks

Or have Flippin' Cunning turned the dial towards "Buy primary market" in attempt to absorb the booty there?

Yes, set advanced to max 0%, select all loan parts, set page size to 100 and go to last page. Now 35 pages, so was my 7 wrong? It could well be that AutoDustBin has been set to prefer the primary market for a while. They have form.

Now 3700 loan parts on the SM at par and rising. PM seems largely stagnant.
Has everyone gone to the seaside except the bot of a Hungarian research scientist, (which seems to have a limitless appetite)?

I did some digging with my FC account dating back from 2016 (going through monthly statements and all loan parts ID), I discovered I had 95+ property loans and yet every single one of them has been repaid in full. Although this may not be the same story for all FC investors, but I do wonder what If FC continued with all these A+ loans. It's a bit odd FC is proud of delivering 7%+ return but yet decided to focus core product with lowered return. www.fundingcircle.com/blog/2017/04/property-development-lending-important-update/

It was the London loan series that did for them in my view.

I have a number of property loans now defaulted which is not helping my returns.
