Anybody know how this works? Sometimes when I go back to the tab, which I generally leave open all day, it says "new". Sometimes it does not say "new" but if I click on it there is a new one. Sometimes If I click on it there is no new one but if I refresh the page there is. ISTM that he only way to be sure is to do a refresh.
