For the last month or two, I have had a large number of redemptions (both regular and early) and I have been unable to lend money out on terms I am happy with. Have others found the same, or am I being unrealistic?

There have been some better rates recently but I'm in the same position.
I probably no longer qualify for the Insight email as I had three repayments yesterday (all withdrawn).

The rates have been better lately but I have significantly reduced investment to as I quite liked the 2 different rate model. I was much happier investing at 50% LTV for only a 1% less then some of the current offerings. Has been a few loans that I hae been interested in but more that I have ignored.

I am using Auto Invest. In the last week I have made 4 new investments, but 5 have repaid on time, and 2 repaid early (two have also extended). This is better than March, but also means I will have to remove some money (or increase my loan size).

I've drawn down about 70% in the last 6 months due to the low number of loans coupled with the sub 6% loans from last Autumn onwards. I really love everything about LI except the loans ;-)
