ok, formal complaint going in...... completely useless customer service Do Lendy have a Complaints Policy/Procedure? The word doesn't seem to appear in the Ts&Cs, and a search of the Help just brings up an instruction to call or send them a message.

well allocated £6k in all loans that went live today....despite prefunding only one.......anyone else had a problem? I have this problem this morning, £10,000 invested in unwanted loans because my prefunding was set for all loans. I do not set my prefunding for all loans, not ever. A support request has gone in this morning.

This seems to be a repeat of a bug that was allegedly fixed some weeks ago. I fell foul of it then.

The way that page is laid out, it's almost inevitable that people occasionally will click the wrong drop-down box and accidentally set a global pre-fund instruction (when they mean to set a pre-fund for a single loan). I caught myself very nearly doing it a couple of weeks ago.

Well, I am getting used to it now. I see it from the other perspective, I don't really mind.

I caught myself very nearly doing it a couple of weeks ago. While I cannot completely discount that possibility, it is most unlikely. I set my prefunding in the evening and double checked it in the morning on both accounts. I would have to have missed a glaring error not once, but twice. No response from Lendy and I'm not sending any money until I get one, so we just might get to see just what happens when I don't pay for loan parts.

I caught myself very nearly doing it a couple of weeks ago. I don't think that's the reason in this instance. I've had pre-fund set to Zero for months now, and haven't been tinkering with it at all during that time. Doing a routine scan of the pipeline page that morning, I saw that it had set itself to £500. So pleased I checked in before anything was launched, though I wouldn't have paid up if I'd been allocated any parts, just didn't want the hassle.
