Just in case anyone might be interested, the ticket I raised on the unwanted prefunding on the 23rd has not been responded to as I type, and I am still sitting on a £10,000 negative balance.

Just in case anyone might be interested, the ticket I raised on the unwanted prefunding on the 23rd has not been responded to as I type, and I am still sitting on a £10,000 negative balance. After seven days, just put it up for sale. That would be my advice, even though it was 'unwanted prefunding'. You may even get to keep the 7 days interest, on the 'unwanted prefunding' loan.

Well, the end result of my unwanted prefunding on 23/5 and a support request. There has been no response to the request.
Two of the parts were cancelled on the 2/6 with no communication whatsoever, and this is not a small account.
Regardless, no response to the request for support and I have had wanted loan parts cancelled while I'm now stuck with what I considered to be lemons and still do.
Not happy.
