The Please resolve negative balance emails are working again. ...and it is quite unlike you, to NOT provide a screen shot of an email from Saving Stream, showing those words; "Please resolve negative balance or we'll break your legs" That is of course if Saving Stream sent you an email like that... Could it have been somebody else? Bearing in mind the negative balance was caused entirely by Lendy's Interest spreadsheet not calculating lower than 12% loans, the tone of the email is not entirely friendly! "You currently have a negative balance of £-0.79 Please make a bank transfer or sell loan parts to rectify this. Your investments could be cancelled if you do not resolve this matter." Not even love and kisses at the end  |
