Hang on, anybody else not realize that this is a thing that you can sign into and follow, and that all your previous support tickets are viewable (well since the new site at least)?
I note there has been some slight revision on these as all mine have been solved even though several have never been answered (and show as much) [And you can see who didnt respond]

No, can't log in (even after allowing cookies ) Have you asked for a password, its not the same as the main site login, separate system. If you havent raised a support ticket before ie emailed support then you will need to register I assume.

I went straight in via Paul's link, no login requested (by system) and I've never raised a support ticket. Is there a link to this on the main site?

You can read the articles without log in but cant set up email alerts or see support tickets without login. Link from main site is Support on top bar menu. If you look at an article on news alerts on the support home page, there is an option to follow, click that an it brings up a box to register/sign in to support site. Sure this is covered in FAQ but hadnt noticed it
