I've just received the daily transaction summary email to discover a new "feature": negative interests.
That's the summary:
Received payments € 170.57 - Principal repayment € 174.94 - Repaid interest € - 4.37
I've checked yesterday account movements and it's not a mistake in the email. I have received several negative interest amounts.
A new reason to leave that platform. Folks, check your accounts I think I won't be the only one having this issue.
Best regards.

These are normally corrections to previous errors. If you download your statement into Excel, save it so that you can edit it. Then sort by loan number then processing date, you will see that some loans were re-paid twice on 25/04 then the corrections made on 26/04.

Just logged in to Twino after a few months....the dashboard shows me with a negative cash balance of €58.
My investments....... € 547 Available cash.......... € -58 Account value.......... € 489
I agree with the account value figure but am confused by the other two figures.
Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
