I see from the live loans page that:
Asset Value: £414,212,083
Loans: £168,587,036
LTV: 42%
All looks good from these misleading figures. Does anybody see a flaw?

I see from the live loans page that: Asset Value: £414,212,083 Loans: £168,587,036 LTV: 42% All looks good from these misleading figures. Does anybody see a flaw? Some platforms quote the current loan to current value, FC quote the facility to GDV ratio (with as far as I know no guarantee that the loan will not exceed that value at any point during its course, even before overruns); LtPP, for DFLs, quote the current loan value to the GDV, but promise that the LTV will not exceed 70% over the course of the loan. (Except that one PBL has just floated at 81%.) LtPP headline figures on DFLs should be ignored, and the real figures obtained from the loan details, if available.
