Has anyone that opened an AC account via the Love Money 3% Cashback affiliate offer a year ago managed to get their £150 paid as yet? My wife's account wasn't credited when the 12 month anniversary came around and she's had zero response to her email to AC customer service last week.

SteveT - just chased this up internally and apparently the email was sent in on bank holiday Monday, and as such was picked up yesterday, and I've been promised you / your wife will receive a reply today.

chris / andrewholgate , my wife tells me she was credited today with "Cashback for LoveMoney 1% Promotion April 2016", not the 3% cashback that the promotion offered (see www.assetzcapital.co.uk/love-money-exclusive-offer/ ). She has just emailed Customer Service to query it, but I wonder if others who opened accounts via the LoveMoney promotion have also been paid their cashback at the wrong rate?

My account also shows the same "Cashback for LoveMoney 1% Promotion April 2016" not sure if the amount credited is correct or not, as i have had various amounts with Assetz over the year, but no email advising of the credit.

After getting a holding reply from Customer Service to say the issue was "complex" and could take up to 7 days to look into, it's now 7 days later and my wife has heard nothing...

Yes it is. There are 13 lenders affected by an overlap in offered rates (1% and 3%) and all of them will get the 3% rate, even if they weren't aware they qualified for a higher rate. Working on the processing.

Working on the processing. OK, thanks. I wasn't aware there'd been another LoveMoney offer at a different rate. At least I can now explain the issue to her!
