Just logged in this morning to find i have a negative balance of £32. The balance has been showing as 0 for the 2 days after the interest run with no explanations or emails. They are at it again and i am getting sick of this place

They are at it again and i am getting sick of this place There is a alert on the support page warning of a technical issue with DFL024 which is causing balance error. Thanks for that. Never got any email though. Thats the least we should have got. Absolute shambles again after last months fiasco. Nothing to show on my staement as a correction. They just doing what the hell they like

Still waiting for them to explain the deduction from my balance at the end of March in a reasonable way. Support ticket still open and idle for 8 days now.

Its an utter shambles. Sorry to say and i know we will have the fanboys , but they are p*ss poor.
And i know people will say just take your money out then , but why should i. They using me and i using them.

They have a lot of investors and these seem isolated cases so I wouldn't get too stressed.

I have negative balance with no explanation. And have never invested in 024. Second formal complaint to FCA in 2 weeks......

Fair enough . You too have picked up issues with Lendy but these are not isolated cases and this has happened to me 3 times now. Dosent matter if they have 10 customers or 100 ,000. They should get it right

Unnecessary bad language removed, as was a direct personal insult aimed at another forum member. It's perfectly possible to be critical of a platform, or to disagree with somebody, without resorting to bad language or deliberately pejorative terms. Equally letting your anger or frustration get the better of you rarely achieves more than lessening the impact of what you have to say.
