Apologies to anyone affected by the issues this morning. To clarify the position - the server access issue that this thread relates to was not related to our server. It was caused by an internet / network issue that was not under our control. That problem was fixed and has not recurred. The previous server problem - the subject of the other thread (Can FS-Servers cope) was due to a human error in setting the details of a loan. When the loan went live it created an infinite loop that prevented further server access. This problem was fixed and a change made to ensure any new loans could not give the same issue. Unfortunately a loan that went up at 11:00 am today was created before the fix was put in place and had the same error - again causing an infinite loop - now corrected. Again - sorry for any inconvenience FundingSecure I understand the frustration vented in this thread and the server can't cope thread. I share it too and missed out this morning as result. Having said all that I really appreciate fundingsecure continuing to communicate on the forum and providing updates relatively quickly after the event. I hope you continue to post updates unlike some of your competitors. Just a bit of balance.

The server is up and running fine - with no problems within our network. However, we have been advised that there was a localised Internet issue that was making access from some locations problematical.
From our monitoring, the Internet issue appears now to have been resolved.
In any case - would suggest going outside and enjoying the sunshine - such a rarity on a bank holiday!
