We are aware that the server is not available from all locations currently.
The server is still running but there is a localised internet / network issue that is causing access issues from certain locations.
This is currently being worked on and should be resolved shortly.
In the meantime the server remains secure and active, even though it may not be accessible to all.
We will update the posting once additional information is available.

The problem has now been resolved and the server is again accessible.
It may take a little while before it is accessible from all locations, while internet / network routing is re-established

Further to the earlier issues there is a maintenance window tonight between 21:00-05:00 where additional work is being carried out to ensure full resilience.
During this period it is possible that there may be short periods where the server is not accessible.

A loan goes live and the site is down again fundingsecure not good Agree (unfortunately)! You know you expect a peak in traffic at 11am so the IT infrastructure should be able to support this otherwise what's the point of telling everyone what time the launch will happen.

Apologies to anyone affected by the issues this morning.
To clarify the position - the server access issue that this thread relates to was not related to our server. It was caused by an internet / network issue that was not under our control.
That problem was fixed and has not recurred.
The previous server problem - the subject of the other thread (Can FS-Servers cope) was due to a human error in setting the details of a loan.
When the loan went live it created an infinite loop that prevented further server access. This problem was fixed and a change made to ensure any new loans could not give the same issue.
Unfortunately a loan that went up at 11:00 am today was created before the fix was put in place and had the same error - again causing an infinite loop - now corrected.

The infinite loop was, you claim, fixed and wouldn't reoccur. Yet you say that this was problem again today for the lack of access to FS.
Please fix the problem.
