We have received funds today which will repay a number of the loan tranches. These funds will be distributed to investors on Monday. Loan tranches will be repaid in sequential order. We will continue to liaise with the borrower to ascertain timescales for receipt of the further funds and update investors further next week.

The borrower has advised that the final search requested by the external lender is due to be provided on Monday. The borrower therefore anticipates being in a position to complete the refinance by the end of next week. We will update investors next week.

The borrower has advised that the external lender has requested one final search to be undertaken last minute. They anticipate this search to be completed by the end of this week at which point repayment can be made. We will however continue to liaise with the borrower and update investors if this timescale changes.

The borrower has advised that they anticipate the external refinance to complete by the end of this month. We will continue to liaise with the borrower and update investors if this timescale changes.

We have posted this comment because this tranche of the loan to this borrower has missed its repayment date. The reason for this is because the borrower is currently in discussions with other funders to refinance this loan, however the process is taking slightly longer than expected. Repayment will therefore be late. We will continue to liaise with the borrower and update investors immediately when we know when payment is likely to be made. We can confirm that interest will continue to accrue at an increased rate of 2% above the contractual rate, applicable from the date of expiry.
