Usual sort of thing: £322k, 12months, Interest only, 7% + 2% splashback
20% filled in around 4 hours so far, so it will probably take a while to fill. Go get a nibble if you want it.

Only 7 day auction though .. Either someone is very confident, or the goalposts moved again .. I thought it used to be that anything over 250k went to 14 days?

I'm sure I've seen that the duration of the listing is discretionary - if FC are confident it'll fill, then it sits at 7 days. If not, they can extend it. They may even extend loans if they see they're not filling. I don't monitor things close enough to know, although some here may have examples?
