ISA's aren't specifically mentioned in the T's and C's, but the second point says "The Referrer will be eligible to receive a Referral Bonus for each Referee who creates a new Lending Works account and lends at least £1,000 on the Lending Works platform", ..so I'd be very surprised if they're not eligible accounts. www.lendingworks.co.uk/RAF/terms-and-conditions

I referred my spouse over a month ago. I noticed that, although their account was opened and funded over a month ago neither of us had received the ££. No reply from LW to my e-mail. Anyone else had this problem?

I had a similar problem when I opened my account about 6 weeks ago. They seem to be a bit slow when it comes to paying the referral bonuses. I had to chase their customer services twice by email before I got paid the money I was owed. Perhaps LW could manage lenders expectations better by clearly stating on their website how long it normally takes for the credit to be applied to your account.

Yes I have had this issue with every referral I have made. Don't bother using the "Contact Us" messaging service as they have never replied to me, but I did get through by email and telephone. There appears to be an issue tracking the referred account set up, and they are happy to pay up once you get a response from them

Apologies for that - it should automatically credit both accounts within 24 hours of the referred funds being lent out, but we've had a few RAF tracking issues recently which meant this didn't happen automatically as expected. May I ask how you shared your RAF link i.e. did you use the email facility from the RAF page or did you simply send a link? Thanks

Hi nutfieldJust to confirm - the referred funds need to be on loan (if they remain in the Wallet or haven't yet fully matched, the bonus wouldn't yet apply). Assuming they are already on loan, if it didn't get automatically credited within one working day then please do get in touch. There are a number of reasons why funds don't get automatically credited, including where multiple people refer the same person (only one referrer per referee) or dare I say it "user error" in sending links, but more recently we've had a few RAF tracking issues our end which are being resolved so if you give our customer service team a call on 020 7096 8512 they will always sort that out for you. I'm disappointed to hear you didn't receive any response to an email - please do feed that back when you contact them as that is very unusual. Thanks
