20 Jun 2014 This loan has been downgraded as we have received notice that the company intends to dissolve. We are contacting the borrower for further information.

This doesn't sound too good, after a year without a peep. Then I google the company and find they are 5 minutes walk down the road. And that they have just closed down after 18 years. Sounds very much like a default.
