I requested a withdrawal of money 3 days ago, and still haven't received the money on my bank account.
How long is it supposed to take?

Typically no more than 24-48 hours. Did you receive an email confirming the withdrawal?
Please can you email invest@bondmason.com with your account and we will investigate first thing in the morning.
It may be that we've already wired funds but the banks are processing the payment.
