Threat to go to court & get a court order to allow bailiffs to start removing assets to cover debt, borrower then offers to pay a token amount to prevent this, allowing DCA to then bleed investors for as much as they want. Investors who signed pre-DCA era contracts have had them unilaterally rewritten by Bondora, which sees contractually due funds diverted away from investors accounts to pay for undetailed & unclear DCA costs - looks like a simple case of corporate theft to me.
