Update now on site...MT working late!
To me their seems a way forward and last weeks 'demands' by MT seems to have been worthwhile.

Update just made on the website despite the late hour.
Mixed news.
Mixed news yes. Disappointing that the original deal is not going ahead but a constructive solution. It looks like we need to hold collective breaths a little longer. The fact that interest has been received by MT is them putting some money where their mouth is at least.

If they'd paid down the £1m that they''d originally discussed I would have been buying up the loan big time. 'Twas too good to be true.

Turns out I wasn't mistaken in my earlier post, just suffering from unconscious clairvoyance. If only I could harness this power to kick in BEFORE a loan gets into trouble.

'The interest that is due to lenders on the 24th March is paid by the borrower no later than Friday 29th March. Unfortunately' the interest was not received by the solicitors until 4.45pm today which was too late in the day to remit to us. This interest will be paid to lenders on Monday.' Still waiting!!!

According to the last update, I was pretty sure I would receive the interests on Monday.
It seems still not arrive yet.

It sounds like someone is not being entirely honest here, does not exactly inspire confidence.

Yes. It does sound dodgy that the borrower has deposited the money with their solicitor on Friday, who informs MT but does not transfer it as indicated on Monday. Why?
