I may be being impatient, but even though I requested the withdrawal yesterday, the amount of the withdrawal is shown by their website as sitting in 'Frozen Funds'. Have other people had their withdrawal requests processed and if so, is there some magical incantation I can mutter to move it along? I too requested a withdrawal yesterday (c14:30) - it's still in the "frozen funds", presumably waiting for the next scheduled batch of cash transfers. The cash arrived in my bank account at 16:30 this afternoon. Will this be last gasp for MT recovery?

When did you request the withdrawal ? If you request it before the Wednesday 5pm deadline it should arrive the following week.

Hasn't happened yet in 2 weeks, but given XMas breaks, I'll wait for 1 more week.

Oh dear, easily my biggest loss of capital in p2p I've been avoiding thinking about this for the last few months. I just re-read the first part of this long running thread. In hindsight, the level of naivety re assurances/statements made by the platform and lack of scepticism on the part of a many posters is quite eye opening. And just to be clear, I fully include myself in that group, I bought this on the SM for a piddly discount and patted myself on the back for a job well done! A 10%+ return (notionally) backed by bricks and mortar in the ZIRP era blinded many of us to things that should have been red flags in P2P, not least the huge imbalance of power/information between the platform and the lenders.

P2P better known by the movers and shakers at the FCA as "Scamazon City"

I often reread threads on loans that have taken unusual paths This has to be my favourite on this one. What is worrying is even today over optimistic views on platforms (rare to see a loan get a thread these days) are not rare, Many could learn valuable lessons reading old material. And I don't exempt myself from gazing at red flags and thinking how pretty they looked.

Still no luck after 3+ weeks. 70% of the time the website won't even let me login with the same saved passwd. However, today I finally managed (1st time this year) and they still show as frozen. The admins' brazenness here deserves an Oscar.

Finally received my withdrawal on 9th Jan - so that'd be about 4 weeks I had to wait; admittedly with Christmas etc in the way.

Wasn't an Additional 3.4% (£84996/£2.5M=3.4%) to be returned further on this Loan ? Looks like they have given half of it (1.7%) - anyone has any recollection ?
