In the news today:
This is from a joint venture between ******* **** ****** and Birmingham-based developers ****** and ********* *******. The deal is in the final stages of the legal process and if agreed, could allow work to begin on the site, which the joint venture said would likely get under way in September.

Due another update now I hope...
Seems like the majority of the MT loanbook by value is due to end in the next few weeks.
I'm really hoping that Liverpool/Bradford/Scotland/S*****and all come off sooner rather than later!!
