We were led to believe the buyer was putting up the interest arrears, but note the latest update refers to the borrower.
Would feel more comfortable if it was a commitment by the buyer.
If it was the buyer, then they would obviously have a legal agreement with the borrower.
Lets see how things pan out.

On the flip side it shows the borrower isn’t walking away from their responsibilities....I’ll take the glass half full view I would add that it’s by no means certain that it’s the borrower who has paid the interest ....yes MT have allowed the borrower the extension but then the loan agreement is, to state the obvious, with them....any away I’m encouraged ...let’s see where we go from here

Maybe the long overdue 'Reservation of Rights' letter got some 'banging of heads together'.

Visited Moneything site ,just to see if I remembered my password and actually received some cash (27.00) . After all the SH~TE from AssCap,Lendy, Collateral , Funding Secure et all, the corners ofmy mouth twitched (upwards) and I was inclined to send Sophie et Co a cake, or at least a packet of biscuits.

...and although the update seeks to reassure us, the fact remains that the last two directors on the borrower's board resigned on 23/12/2019 and according to companies house, it now has precisely zero officers.
This kind of begs the questions: (a) Is this legal? and (b) who is picking up the telephone when MT ring them?

You might want to look at his previous directorships. An associate of someone who hasn't got a great track record in P2P incl one Liverpool project on a Quay. Now he seems to have ceased prior to effluent hitting the whirly thing but ... That said as long as they have cash to repay then who cares.
