Am I misunderstanding something?
The last two monthly interest payments have been facilitated by a tax credit and a VAT rebate. Even with these it has been agreed to accept only 50% of the interest due. From the last refinance update that had any meaningful information, a December date was tentatively mooted, and that has not yet been confirmed or even mentioned again.
How is this 'forbearance' we are offering the borrower going to be paid for until December? It seems to me that they have managed to cobble together the June and July payments using items which do not come along every month.
Does Anyone else see flawed thinking?

Yes you are wrong it is talking about December agreement not repayment date. Repayment is due in July

Am I misunderstanding something? ... Yes you are wrong it is talking about December agreement not repayment date. Repayment is due in July I think you had better go back and re-read and understand the contents of the second paragraph of the 4th May update! I wish you were correct!

If MT have the interest paid on 24th June, why do we need to wait until 24th July to receive this? Genuinely curious. To avoid double the admin work of all the withdrawals?
Based on comments on the other half interest payments currently in play, it is a case of the 'system' being unable to handle part payments. I guess the lack of either a stick or a carrot means we just have to accept that, but clearly odd.

I am glad other people are monitoring the site for updates so I don't have to.
Funnily enough I was checking the forum today and criston 's post was only two minutes old, I must have sensed something (...ignoring the other 100 times I have checked and there we no update to my followed threads).
Perhaps in future we can simply add a smiley so people don't have to login:
- useless platitudes - update is "no update" - bad update - positive update - some payment done - loan totally repaid
I rate this a .
it's now a - payment has been made

I don't think my £3.61 warrants a withdrawal.

Pleased to see that.
To me I think that is the 24-Feb payment done (I wish the updates were clearer). Which means they are now five months in arrears. It could be worse, but there's significant catching up still to do.
Aye agreed...but at least they stuck to the July 24th deadline ..although an update on the refinance would be nice

Update provided, mildly optimistic with 50% interest being paid, lets hope time lines are kept to.
