Admin report to 7 September 2022 now available in CH.
An offer has been accepted but the situation with all the numerous security claims remains unresolved and the options to complete the sale are the same as described in the previous report.
The price offered and accepted remains undisclosed.

The Admin report to 7 March 2023 should have been filed in CH by now unless I am missing something. They must have heard you, now showing filed today, currently being processed

Report now available - exchanged for £1.7m, sale not yet complete due to complex secured creditors picture, sale by consent not achieved, hoping to do by overreaching to avoid court case, need one more creditor to agree. Likely return unclear as priority of creditors complex and administrators remuneration not yet agreed but likely less than £1m available for distribution to creditors

What % return roughly are you anticipating? From memory the loan was 2.7Million? If we are going to be lucky to see a million.......... 30%ish maybe would seem to be the optimum. Hi both - loan £2.5m on asset value of £4m hummmm!!! I e mailed Moneything support about formal updates and was told they were being prepared - that was seven weeks ago. Thanks P

Thanks Updates are given in the Loan Updates and General Updates of the Support section of the Moneything website. No loan updates yet this year. An apology for lack of Updates was given in the General Updates section yesterday, with a promise to get loan updates out soon.

Does it really matter? You won't get any money back. It may be our money but they will keep it as they have with all the other repayments. Keeping money without permission would be theft anywhere else.
