So on the 19th of May i funded a loan because the auto pre fund decided to set itself to £10K on my account page.
I emailed the Lendy team and after 2 emails back and forward it was agreed that Lendy would cancel my loan funding and return the 10K.
Since then i have phoned through and emailed several times, each time i am told that the support team have informed the accounts team to return the 10K..
But still nothing..its getting out of hand now..this is 10K i do not want invested into the particular loan..I am not new to SS and have plenty of funds invested with them.
How should i precede??

Sounds out of order - Do you have a negative balance, or did you have money on account? Tagging the appropriate parties... Lendy Support , Paul64 , savingstream I had a positive balance, and i have funded 2 loans since..which has put me approximately 4k into negative balance. There are plenty of loans which i would like to now fund but cannot. Thanks for tagging:)

Since you are eligible to list for sale, list the 10k for sale.
You will either sell before Lendy credit and keep the interest or Lendy will cancel and credit your account.
Appears Simple.

Appears Simple. Im not so sure. Currently DFL 004 has 43 days and £298,871 up for sale...so whats to say Lendy cant say, since i put it for sale, i have taken ownership of it..I did not want any of DFL 004 at this time.

I wouldn't advise putting it up for sale because it could weaken your position in law.
By putting it up for sale it could be argued that you are tacitly accepting that you bought it and that it is your responsibility to try and sell out on the SM to get your money back.
My advise would be to find a contact email for one of the directors and take your complaint straight to the top.

The 10k has now been refunded.
Seems that tagging Paul did the trick, as a ticket was raised with Customer service.
