Rhetorical question.
Given that no-one appears to answer any lender questions anymore, is it worth asking any?

Until such time as Autobid can't fill all of the loan, no.
Spread your risk as wide as possible and just hope that you'll see a positive return.

Rhetorical question. Given that no-one appears to answer any lender questions anymore, is it worth asking any? It depends on your purpose in asking. The Q&A is like junk DNA in a genome. A remembrance of some irrelevant earlier form.

As is most of the 'bid' page, and the back-end processing behind it (not that I've tried it recently). Last time I looked it was still sending a 'select a rate' drop down (one available entry), and so forth. I think all the original coders must have died or moved on, and nobody dare change anything. I expect Q&A, as well as the 'what do you want the loan for', and 'credit score' will all float away on the tide one day..

Yes, I reckon that when those pesky property loans have all been refinanced for the last time, then manual bidding will be ceased and Autobid will become compulsory. Much of the junk will then be ditched - including loan comments other than bare statements of fact. Allowing people to choose their loans permits them to make mistakes and encourages them to complain and ask questions about the loans they have chosen - causing undeserved bad publicity for Falsely Castigated.

Rhetorical question. Given that no-one appears to answer any lender questions anymore, is it worth asking any? Many loans fill up very quickly. I think in many cases they are already funded before borrowers have chance to reply. Also some of the borrowers are refinancing their existing FC loans, they probably already know that there is no need to answer - the loans get funded anyway.

I am under impression that many use broker services for submitting applications and do not even know there could be any questions and when
