Very surprised at only 850 punters for this one. In a way it's slightly worrying. I asked for less than £2k so obviously got my full allocation. For now I'm very pleased to have added this one to my portfolio in terms of diversity. I sold a few bits in other loans to fund it (that I've listed for sale in the last 2 or 3 days) and had no difficulty selling enough. SM has been moving today, albeit still quite glacially. Maybe most can not sell to fund it or decided want out completely

Slightly off topic, but what happens if SS are unable to shift future tranches of DFLs and are unable or unwilling to sleeve them on their own account? Self inflicted default and subsequent distressed sale/refinance unless someone is underwriting in the background?

A rather worrying development methinks - time to pause for thought!

Therefore they run the risk of losing those repayments as people withdraw their cash if there are no loans to invest in. Solution: make sure there are loads of loans available before repayments are made. The only concern I have is that it means they may be more likely to lend to less desirable borrowers just to boost their available loans. As such more DD and/or smart investing is required.

I suppose, for a large enough incomplete sale, it may be worth the hassle of funding via bank transfer to complete the sale this way?

Latest tranche has gone live and the maximum allocation was £150.

Latest tranche has gone live and the maximum allocation was £150. The tranche is being listed as a separate loan - is this normal immediately after allocation?

And also not just for DFL029 either; the same has happened for the latest tranches of DFL019, DFL007 and DFL005. I can understand the reason for DFL005, the new tranche has cash-back and so is kept separate until the cash-back is paid (end of the month for previous cash-backs). For DFLs 007, 019 and 029 there doesn't seem to be any reason why the tranches are listed as separate loans. EDIT - Not all the loan terms (days remaining) are in agreement for the loan/tranche pairs (see 005 and 019). Typical sloppy IT work again:

Im sure they are busily adding something to the weekly update to explain it. Most likely a cunning plan to promote liquidity by listing tranches separately therefore circumnavigating the issue with new tranches jumping the queue.
