There are currently 3 loans which have been demoted and set back to preview status. Worth around £3M if they are resurrected.
Presumably these will not just go from prebid to bid status without warning.
andrewholgate, can you say how much warning we will have to read any updates and get funds back in place ? Also, will those who still have prebids in place get an email warning of the ending of preview status or is it a case of keeping a close eye on the site ?

I am afraid and disappointed that this has not happened.
Aberystwyth hotel has had a new credit report document issued today and had gone immediately to open auction. Therefore anybody with prebids has immediately had available cash (or shadow allowance) taken without the opportunity to peruse the new terms and decide if they were happy to continue with them or not.
As I said disappointing particularly as I had raised the issue.

As I said disappointing particularly as I had raised the issue. I noticed the bid value decrease earlier on - presumably a number of unhappy bunnies demanding out.
