I made a substantial withdrawal on the 26-05 and since I haven't seen the wire neither has support helped me. Very worrying.. anyone else having withdrawal issues?

Not what you were asking - but if it helps - I initiated a successful withdrawal yesterday and received today.

That sounds serious and a justifiable phone call to Paul64 . I know someone ? C_D has his number. I hope he will respond here...

After all this time they just got back asking me for the below... I already sent them all those documents when I withdrew some time ago... seems very fishy.

I'm still waiting a response for a support request from the 23rd of last month.

Anyone have experience with international withdrawal - Transferwise? I made a withdrawal myself on Tuesday and still didn't get it transferred.

I've made a deposit via transferwise, but you made a withdrawal? How does that work then? Going the other way, it's 24 hours or so for transferwise to receive the Euro deposit and pretty much instant to get to Lendy.

Same, seems they hold it for a few weeks before they even look at it, then ask for BS more documents and then wait another few weeks before they even send it to transferwise...

I made the withdrawal thinking I'd get it the following day latest anticipating the UK election results, but I'll end up being burned by the GBP rate in the end.

Anyone have experience with international withdrawal - Transferwise? I made a withdrawal myself on Tuesday and still didn't get it transferred. Made an international withdrawal request 7 days ago and received an email saying that it is being processed by Lendy. Still nothing received on my account and no notification. I requested a withdrawal to a new account (not the one I registered / send funds from) since the new account is in GBP (in my name and with same bank though). Can't remember sending over proof ID + billing address Both could be a potential reason for the delay but I have not received any notification from Lendy for 7 days and that is not normal. Just happy that I did it on a token amount to try it out first. Will raise a support ticket.

Maybe a lot of people are withdrawing because of brexit but still all this delay is worrying to me.

Papers were approved last week but still no withdrawal or any further communication. Seems they need the money? At the very least bad service

Still no word. I'm sorry but these kinds of delays really call into question the solvability of the company...

Can you DM me so I can identify who you are please. Owing to the profile of particular investor accounts, in some cases we need to carry out additional anti-money laundering checks to ensure the legitimacy of their identity in order to process bank transaction. Thanks, Paul Lendy support

Still no word. I'm sorry but these kinds of delays really call into question the solvability of the company... There is no problem with the solvability of the company because I have been making almost daily withdrawals for the last three weeks and every single time the money is in my bank account the next day. This is all due to the fact that you are overseas or have an overseas bank account and there are more regulations and requirements to be satisfied. Obviously I don't know the reason for the delay but it is nothing to do with the viability of Lendy. The only rider I would add is that I have not been withdrawing millions because I am not that rich and if you have then perhaps my advice is not accurate. PS. If I had millions I would not be investing a penny on LY or anywhere else! I wouldn't need to.
