Still waiting, and still no encouraging reassurances regarding sale prices achieved. Well, only a 50 percent LTV so what could possibly go wrong?

Very happy that the "toys" of my "child's play" are sold 10 days ago (re last update). I wonder why allocating the sale proceeds is taking so long? Normally distribution of received funds is done on the same day or near. Could it be that the items have been sold, but not paid for yet?

Surely this one is going to be a big capital loss?
A lot of stuff before has sold for well below estimate so there must be a hefty shortfall to make up from this most recent sale. If valuations are in tune with those previously getting a 60-70% return would be about par?

Can you get away with just not paying Funding Secure for what you buy from them? Asking for a friend.

FS sold the items to a dealer. Could it be possible the dealer sells the items to the FS borrower who got our money with a little profit made from FS lenders?

Still waiting.... All previous sales were at the amounts required to repay without loss. No reason to expect anything different. They have refused previous “chancer” offers and just held on to assets only selling when time and offer were acceptable.

I am in 9899194706 and it currently has a 115% LTV, so some trains must have sold below Valuation*LTV

I think I see what you mean - i.e. what is to stop somebody getting a FS loan , taking the money, having a laugh, having the assets repossessed and sold to a friend and then possibly paying the friend what you paid for them ? Very good point!
This one was one of my mega loss predictions which I am updating at the moment - am I the only person who finds it incredibly confusing to work out what is going on here e.g. 9899194706 was entered as 11,030.01 whilst the total of 9899194706 a/b/c/d is nearly £13K?
I make the original total lent as £48,700 but need to check it although seems a lot to me for some toy trains!
