It seems FC infrastructure is worse than I thought - 6215 went "processing" today even though interest has been retained by FC. Or do they just want to sneak in a few extra days of use of our money? Surely not!!!

Even having the money, the abacus is needed to allocate it among loan parts, and maybe it is busy running their forum or something?! Allocation is a complicated operation involving multiplication, addition, rounding, and trubble-entry book keeping, so can take a long time apparently.

Yes there are other similar problems. It is important, though, that the 'processing' 'late' etc status always refers to the lenders' accounts and not FC's. I would be more worried if the loan had not gone 'processing' because FC had the money and had not yet passed it to the lenders because of some technicality.

Which is the case here - the interest is reserved and held by FC, as per loan documents...
