Hi,
I'm actively promoting Lendy (previously SavingStream) for about 15 months on my blog. The first year I didn't receive any reward with the explanation that rewards will be sent after the first year.
When first 12 months passed I received first payment after tens emails with reminders to Lendy team. After this payment next two months passed and I don't receive any payment. I'm sending emails to support as same as previous contact emails but without response.
Some time ago I received also email with their new refer-a-friend promo. So I replied to this email too. But also without response.
This is very unprofessional and strange behavior.
Is there anyone else who has the same experience?

This is very unfortunate.
So, any Lendy representative here to explain the situation? Is your whole refer-a-friend campaign only a fraud?

Perhaps the investors you referred were not your friends which would mean that you are excluded from the refer a friend scheme.

This is not a problem. I discussed this before and readers of my personal blog are considered as friends in case of this referral program.

Six months ago I would have recommended SS/L to friends etc........but now I would recommend them to steer clear, 'cos since the name change L do not seem to care one iota about their lenders' interests and I value my friends far more than a few extra quid

I still think that pushing friends towards Lendy (or any other P2P platform) is a bit like selling your car to a friend. We all know where that leads when the car goes wrong.

I recommended 5 people shortly after I joined in. I know 3 of them (relatives) joined SS. Followed the correct procedure. I never received any reward whatsoever from Saving Stream (now Lendy). I think at least one of the other two (colleagues at work) joined as well, since she did ask me a question or made a comment about the secondary market. I think I would have recommended SS then whether SS was offering a reward or not. However, now with the Secondary Market, the amount in default and the lower rates, I wouldn't recommend it to family, relatives and close friends (unless the reward was a million pounds per recommendation .. everything has a price).

Today (so after next 10 days) I received a message that I introduced a larger number of investors and because of that, I have to wait. Without any detailed message.
So, we will see what (and when) will happen next.

It's next 40 days and still without any official solution or payment. This is the worst referral program I ever saw.
LENDY, ARE YOU GOING TO PAY OFF YOUR COMMITMENTS?
