Anyone else have this problem?
I turn Autobid off, access Advanced Settings. I select my own secondary offer rates for each risk band. I turn Autobid back on (assume this is the point the settings would be saved as there is no other appropriate button). I check the two checkboxes that follow and continue. The default rates are still shown.
