I am not invested in this one so have not received the email. Can anyone enlighten me? The liquidators report on the husband's company (which predated this loan) suggests fraud so is the wife involved and how does that affect the security?

I didn’t even look at this loan due to the rate and have only just now quickly glanced through the credit report which contains some absolute gems: “However, she’d had a few oversights on her bank accounts (a couple of bounced direct debits Etc ) and thus, her normal funders have asked her to come back in 12 months when she can demonstrate a clear record again.” “The broker has discussed this with her and it seems to be a genuine case of taking her eye off the ball.” “We are told there are no underlying cash pressures just being a bit careless with her account management.” I wonder what the “etc.” was in addition to the bounced direct debits?  |

I doubt there'll be much in depth discussion on the public pages here, maybe in the private forum page?
