SSSH is effectively a dormant coompany within the meaning of the Companies Act 2006, being an agent not trading on its own behalf and not having any fiinancial transactions of its own. The result will be £100 share capital and £100 sundry assets, exactly the same as last year. It is lamentable that it takes more than 9 months since the year end to get of their butts and send them to Companies House, yet another example of the woeful Company Secretarial and Accounting performance of this group, that has included striking off procedings, late accounts, late annual returns/compliance statements, failing to notify changes in Registered Office etc., hope everyone here is happy that they can look after your money but not their own affairs. Shameful IMO for a group with £180million of other peoples money hiding behind snall company exemptions to not reveal their financial situation.  |
