With FC coming into the property market where will Assetz go next? My personal view is that Assetz is going to be a hard act to follow with years of experience behind them in the property market.

We are about to launch a venture with a broker who specialises in bridging deals. This will give a constant stream of deals at good LTVs for our lenders.
Interestingly FC have also announced they plan on doing property lending.
